I particularly want you to know that would never sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. That’s not an authentic business for me.

In this privacy policy, I provide you with lots of information about when and why I collect your personal information, how I use it and how I keep your information secure. Website Cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve my website in order to tailor it to customer needs. I only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

I do not receive any personal information about you from the cookies and the data is used in such a way that I would not be able to identify anyone.

Google Analytics

When someone visits I use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour whilst using this site. I do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. I do not make and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Mailing List

As part of the registration process for my blog and newsletter, I collect personal information. I use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. I don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

I use a third-party provider, YMLP, to deliver our newsletter. I gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help me monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Services and Products

When you purchase any courses with me, I collect your email and username so that we can send you your log in details. This information is then stored with me so that I can; keep you updated with updates to the course and help you retrieve log in details if you need to.

All personal (e.g. name, email address, postal address) and sensitive personal data (e.g. details of your current emotional state, health, relationships) shared with me by email, letter and in one-to-one consultations is stored and used in accordance with general data protection regulation (GDPR). I’ll ask you to sign a form containing more information about data protection legislation and confidentiality for mentorships at the beginning of us working together. If an issue arises in your mentorship that I need to receive advice about from my professional supervisor, this is done without naming you or providing any personal details that would identify you.

Third Party Providers

If you order an item from this website, your order is processed by Paypal, who are compliant with general data protection regulation (GDPR). I don’t have access to your credit/debit card details.
